So I tried this healthy & easy to make Thalipeeth, which is a popular Maharashtrian dish. This delicious multi grain snack is made of Bhajani flour & this flour is easily available in India. It was quite difficult to find it here in Australia & so I made my own at home.

Basically different grains & spices are dry roasted & later we have grind them into powder form. But if that’s not a choice then you can just mix different flours just like I did.

Ingredients that we need :
Wheat Flour – 1/2 cup
Rice Flour – 1/4 cup
Bajra Flour – 1/8 cup
Ragi flour – 1/8 cup
Jowar Flour – 1/2 cup
Besan – 1/8 cup
Salt as per taste

Dry Roast :
Yellow Moong Dal – 1/8 cup
Urad Dal – 1/8 cup
Coriander seeds – 1/8 cup
Methi Seeds – 1/2 tsp

Once you dry roast, grind them into fine powder & mix with other flours & then Bhajani flour is ready.
