Ingredients:
Ground nut(raw)-100gms
Tomato – 2 NOS
Beetroot -1 TBSP
Carrot,- 2TBSP
Cucumber-1TBSP
Coconut -1 TBSP
Green chilli -2 NOS
Coriander leaves -1 TBSP
Lemon – few drops
Salt – 1/2TBSP
Chilli powder – ½ TBSP
Pepper powder -½ TBSP
Country sugar -1 TBSP
Cumin powder ÂĽ TBSP
Method of preparation :
Soak the groundnut in the water for half an hour.
Before preparing the salad drain the water and keep it ready. Grate the carrot, beetroot, cucumber and coconut. Chop the coriander leaves and green chillies into small pieces.
Chop the tomatoes into small pieces.
Add chilli powder, cumin powder, pepper powder, country sugar and salt with tomatoes. Blend well.
Add the tomato mixture to the ground nuts.
Transfer it to the mixing bowl.
Add Carrot, coconut, cucumber and green chillies to the groundnut. Squeeze few drops of lemon. Mix all the ingredients well. Garnish with beetroot and coriander leaves. Now your tasty, nutritious, weight loss breakfast is ready.
