Hello Beautiful Gals & Pals and Happy Halloween!
Im coming at you today with some healthy meal recipes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! Yummm. I know sometimes it can get hard to stay on track of your diet plan because you feel like you can’t enjoy foods like spaghetti and meatballs..BUT! Its all about experimenting and finding similar recipes but healthier versions of it.
I hope you guys give these recipes a try and let me know if you guys enjoyed them 🙂 Thank you guys sooo much for watching! you the real ones :’).

The Recipes

Overnight Oats:
1/2 Cup of Oats
1 Tablespoon of Peanut Butter
1 Tablespoon of Chia seeds
Almond Milk (just enough to cover the oats)
1 Banana
3-4 Strawberries (or fruits/toppings of choice)

Chicken Cauliflower Rice Stir-fry:
1 Cauliflower head
1 Onion diced
1/2 can of Corn
1/2 can of Black Beans
1-2 Chicken breasts
Fajita Seasoning (or any of your choice)

Spaghetti Squash & Meatballs:
1 Spaghetti Squash
Chicken Meatballs (or turkey works too)
1-2 Tablespoons of Pasta Sauce
1 small box of Mushrooms
1 Tomato
1 bag of Spinach
