Brown moong = 1Tbsp
Soy bean = 1Tbsp
Dried green peas = 1Tbsp
Oats(rolled or steel cut) = 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder = 1tsp
Hing/Asefoetida = Pinch
Coriander leaves
Water as required
