Today I want to show the super delicious and healthy Banana- Peanut butter smoothie which is yummy and creamier and super recipe. This smoothie can be replaced with Breakfast which makes tummy full until lunch so this smoothie who want to reduce weight can also be include to their diet plan. In this all ingredients used are healthy and added no artificial sugars and milk too. so this smoothie can also taken who are allergic to Dairy products.
Ingrediets:
1 ripe banana
1 1/2 tbspn chia seeds
1 1/2 tbspn flax seeds
1 full tbspn peanut butter
4 small soft dates
1/2 tspn cinnamon powder
half glass of water
half cup of icecubes
chopped cashews and badham
