Beef Keema (technically qeema with a Q) is probably the first Pakistani dish I learned from my mom. It’s how I learned which spices to use, how much, how to create a saucy base to start, and luckily it’s all done in less than 30 minutes. Though my favorite way to eat keema is with roti or paratha, sometimes I use it as taco meat or even leave the crumbles a bit bigger and use it as sausage on pizza. Hope you try it out!
