Patrani Macchi – A famous Parsi recipe. It’s very easy to make and extremely delicious steamed fish with NO oil.

Ingredients:
Pomfret – 4 Slices
Mint leaves – 1/2 cup
Coriander Leaves – 1 cup
Raw Mangoes – 5 pcs (Optional)
Green Chillies – 3
Garlic pods – 5
Ginger – 1 inch
Sliced Coconuts – 1/2 cup (or) Grated Coconut – 1 cup
Cumin Seeds – 1 Tsp
Sugar – 1 Tsp
Lemon Juice – 1.5 Tbsp
Salt – As required
Banana Leaf – 5 Slices
