1/4 Cup Pista
1/2 cup Almonds
1/2 Cup Cashew
1/2 Cup Walnuts
2 Cups rolled oats
1/2 Cup Raisins
2 tablespoon flax seeds
1/2 Cup Sunflower Seeds
1/2 Cup pumpkin seeds

Recipe : –

Cut and Roast all the Seeds, Dryfruits, Oats separately for 3-4 minutes on medium flame.
Mix them well in a big bowl/plate
Grind the dates in a mixer
Add seedless dates paste in above mixture.
Add honey.
Now take a baking tray, dress it with Butter paper,
Pour the mixture in it, press it properly.
Keep in the fridge for an hour.
remove the slab from the tray and cut it in pieces.

you can keep it in an airtight container for 2 weeks.
