Due to lockdown situation all around the world, everyone is usually at home. There is less physical activities and mostly eating to keep the stress away. So I thought why not share a healthy smoothie that will keep you active and healthy. Even after workouts it’s so good to have. This smoothie will keep you energetic.
Ingredients:
1/2 frozen banana( if small add full)
hand full of spinach
1 small apple
1/2 cup greek yogurt
2 tbsp milk,
Honey( optional )
