FOR APPLYING ON ROLL U CAN USE TOMATO SAUCE OR MAYONNAISE

PREPARATION:

PREPARE DOUGH BY ADDING ATTA,CURD,SALT KNEAD IT WELL AND APPLY OIL REST IT FOR 15-20MTS

IN A KADAI ADD 1TSP OIL AND CHOP VEGGIES FRY IT TILL IT BECOMES TRANSLUCENT

PREPARE EGG MIX BY ADDING 2 EGGS,SALT, CHILLI POWDER,MILK

PREPARE ROTI INTO IN A THIN SHEET

NOW ON A TAWA ADD THE ROTI AND FRY IT ON ONE SIDE
ADD EGG MIX ON TO IT AND ROAST IT WELL ON BOTH SIDES

NOW ON THE PREPARED EGG ROTI APPLY TOMATO KETCHUP ADD CHICKEN FRY PIECES FRIED VEGGIES AND ROLL IT

SERVE IT
“CHICKEN EGG ROLL” IS READY
