Our Carrot Beetroot Sandwich is a must-try. It is filling, healthy, without any fatty sauces and requires only a few ingredients.

Ingredients
Grated Carrot 1 Cup
Grated Beetroot 1 Cup
Crumbled Paneer 1 Cup
Finely Chopped Onion 1/3 Cup
Finely Chopped Green Chilli – 1
Finely Chopped Fresh Coriander – Small Bunch
Baby Spinach (Optional)
Lemon Zest 1/4 tsp (Optional)
Salt – To Taste
Black Pepper Powder – To Taste

Method
Mix all the ingredients except baby spinach
Apply a generous amount of filling on one slice of bread
Top it with few baby spinach leaves and cover with a second slice of bread

Your delicious and healthy Sandwich is ready in no time
