2 slices pumpernickel bread
1 (5oz) can tuna in water, drained
1 tbsp sour cream
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
spinach
thinly sliced cucumbers
black sesame seeds
thinly slice hard-boiled eggs
thinly sliced tomatoes
any cheese
