RECIPES
Overnight chia pudding
– 3 tbsp chia seed
– 1 tbsp collagen powder (US: / EU:
– 1 cup plant milk
– Dash of cinnamon, cardamom, vanilla
Directions:
1. Stir all ingredients together, cover, leave in fridge overnight
2. Top with fresh berries, nuts, seeds, organic wild honey

– 1.5 cups plant milk
– 2 tbsp ground flax
– 2 tbsp ground chia
– 3 tbsp hemp seeds
– 1/2 tsp cinnamon & cardamom
– Dash of vanilla & sweetner of choice
Toppings: frozen wild blueberries, coconut flakes, walnuts, almond butter
Directions:
1. In a small sauce pan, combine all ingredients
2. Allow to simmer whilst stirring occasionally for 2-3 minutes
3. Serve with desired toppings
Toasted egg & veggie sandwich
– 2 slices of bread (I like the Schar GF brand)
– 2 hard boiled eggs
– 1/2 avocado
– Tomato, red onion, spinach
– Dash of lemon juice
– Salt, pepper and red chili flakes to taste
– Sliced cucumbers on the side
Directions:
1. Toast bread
2. Mash egg and dash of lemon juice in bowl with red chili flakes, salt and pepper
3. Mash avocado on both slices of bread
4. Top with egg, tomato, red onion, spinach
5. Slice in half, enjoy with fresh sliced cucumbers on the side
Vegetable & chicken curry
– 300g organic free range (antibiotic free) chicken
– 1 onion, chopped
– 3 cloves of garlic, minced
– 3cm ginger, grated
– 2 tbsp curry powder
– 1 can chopped tomatoes
– 1 can coconut milk
– 1/2 head broccoli
– 1 zucchini
– 1-2 carrots
– Big handful of fresh spinach
Directions:
1. Sautée onion, garlic & ginger for 3-5 mins
2. Add in sliced chicken and curry powder, cook for 5 mins
3. Add 1 can chopped tomatoes, rest of veggies, cook for another 10/15 mins
4. Lastly add in 1 can coconut milk
5. Cook until veggies are fully tender and chicken fully cooked
6. Before serving, add in spinach, allow 1-2 mins to wilt
7. Serve alone or with brown rice
