Yoghurt Sandwich ‘n’ Strawberry Shake
Ingredients
Yoghurt Sandwich
200 gms Hung yoghurt
1 cup grated carrot
1 cup grated cabbage
1/2 cup red bell pepper
1/2 cup yellow bell pepper
1 Tsp Honey
1/2 Tsp Black pepper Powder
salt to taste
Bread slices of your own choice( ihave taken brown bread)
Method
Take a large sized bowl and add yoghurt in to it.
Now Add already chopped veggies(or any vegetable of your own choice or available at home)
add pepper powder salt and honey in it.
Mix well.
Now take generous amount of the mixture and spread it evenly on the bread slice.
Also keep the another slice on it.
Toss well both sides with butter if you are not on diet.Else you take olive oil.
Serve it hot 🔥 with the Strawberry Shake.
Strawberry Shake
Method and Ingredients
5 to 6 Strawberry 🍓
1 Tsp sugar
150 ml Chilled milk
Blend all above to make a fine puree
Serve it chilled with the tastiest curd sandwich.
