Ingredients:
1. Chickpeas-1/2 cup
2. Potatoes- 2 medium
3. Water-1/2 cup
4. Salt to taste
5. Chili powder to taste

**For the dressing:
6. Tamarind pulp (tips: make a big batch and save for later)
7. Salt & sugar as per the tanginess of tamarind
8. Chili powder to taste
9. Ground panch phoron/five spice blend to taste

**For garnishing
10. Cucumber-1
11. Tomatoes-2
12. Cilantro-few leaves
13. Green chilies to taste

**For making papad/tortilla chips:
14. Ap flour-1/4 cup
15. Oil-1tsp
16. Salt to taste
17. Water as required
