Mango falooda shots (vegan | sugar-free | low calorie)
Soak chia seeds / sabja for 20 minutes and allow them to bloom.
Boil some water and add 1/4 cup vermicelli and boil for a minute on high flame. Strain the water and keep them aside.
Choose any plant based milk(chilled) and add saffron strands, honey /agave (choose your sweetener). Mix well.
Chop mango, blend half to a smooth puree and the other half, cut into small chunks.
Take shot glasses, add mango puree, soaked chia seeds, cooked vermicelli, cut mango chunks, again some more chia seeds, plant based milk and finally top it with mango sorbet.
Sprinkle some nuts and serve chilled.
