Cooking Healthier Recipes with Naomi Part 3 (Chicken & Veggies)
This recipe is an easy and quick meal for eating healthier. Shredded cooked chicken with frozen veggies (cauliflower, broccoli, carrots), fresh mushrooms, and fresh avocado make up this easy and yummy meal. In this video, I show the chicken and veggies cooking in a skillet with a lid (to keep the steam in).
Please understand that I am not a nutritionist or an expert. I am not 100% in doing everything right to eat healthy, but am taking baby steps in that direction. Chicken is one of the meats that I still eat–don’t judge me.
It is my understanding that avocados are real good for you as well, and I love them!
