In this video, i have shown the kids lunch box which is healthy and energetic.
It includes stuffed paratha, butter corn and grilled pineapple.
STUFFED PARATHA:
Wheat Flour – 1 cup
Potato – 1 no
Channa Dal – 1 Handful
turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Sambar powder – 1 tsp
Garam Masala powder – 1/2 tsp
jeera – 1 tsp
cheese – 1 tbsp
Butter,oil and salt to taste
Grilled Pineapple:
Pineapple – 3 slice
Salt
chilli powder
Butter
Butter Corn:
Fresh Corn – 1 cup
Salt
Pepper
Lemon juice
pepper powder
Butter
