Hello Friends,
Today’s recipe is MIXED SALAD. Its a treat for those who are on diet. Full of proteins..yummy delecious salad for good health and boost immunity.
Let’s start with
Ingredients: –
• HONEY – 1 tsp
• LEMON JUICE – 1 tbsp
• OLIVE OIL – 1 tsp
• SPROUTS (MOONG/MATKI) – 1 cup
• CARROT – ½ cup
• CABBAGE. – ¼ cup
• POMEGRANATE. – ½ cup
° APPLE. – ½ cup
° RAISINS & CASHEWS. – ¼ cup
° PINK SALT. – 1 tsp
° CHILLI POWDER. – ½ tsp
° CHAAT MASALA – ½ tsp
In a bowl add honey, lemon juice. Mix nicely then add olive oil and mix again. Add sprouts, grated carrots, shredded cabbage, pomegranate, apple, pink salt, chat masala, chilli powder. Mix everything. It’s ready to serve.
