If you love banana bread, then you will love this recipe. It’s healthy, vegan and you can make it in minutes! Here’s the full recipe!

1/4 cup rolled oats
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/4 tsp cinnamon
pinch of salt
1/4 cup almond milk
splash of vanilla
1 Tbs maple syrup
1 Tbs ground flax seed
1/2 Tbs coconut oil
sliced banana

Combine the oats, baking powder, chopped pecans, cinnamon and salt in a bowl. Add almond milk, syrup, vanilla, flax and coconut oil and half of the sliced banana and stir until combined. Pour into a ramekin or personal size baking dish and bake for 10-15 min on 350 until golden brown. Add the second half of sliced bananas on top and ENJOY!
