1/4 cup chia seeds
2 tablespoons of ground flaxseed (grind seeds in coffee bean grinder)
1/4 cup psyllium husk
1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 1/4 cups of water
1/8 cup of apple cider vinegar
