Today’s Recipe is Oil-less Cooking. These sandwiches are as delicious as healthy. The stuffing of these sandwiches is very healthy as we are preparing it with sprouts.

Ingredients:- 1 cup Mung dal sprouts, 10-12 homemade wheat & Oats bread,1 chopped tomato, small size potato, capsicum, some fresh Corns, 1 small chopped onion2tbsp cooked beans, salt to taste, black pepper, 1 tsp amchur powder, 1 tsp roasted Cumin seeds powder,

Method to make healthy Sprouts/ Toast sandwich:-
In a bowl add Sprouts, chopped tomato, Corns, chopped onion, Add cooked/leftover beans (sweet corn ), salt to taste, and other spices
Combine all the ingredients very well, place the sprouts mixture in between two bread slices.
You can use a toaster or tava to make/cook a sandwich
Serve them warm with your favorite Chutney or dip.
