Oats pancakes and Cucumber Juice are very healthy recipes suitable for breakfast in the morning. It can be made in a shorter time with very few ingredients. Moreover, who are interested to lose weight these recipes are very helpful. If you want to make a healthy breakfast then you can follow this video thoroughly.

Here I have shared two different recipes. The first one is Oats pancakes and the Cucumber is the other.

1. Oats Pancakes:
Oats help us to lose weight and keep us fit as well. There are many recipes made with oats. Oats pancakes are one of the best recipes of them.
Here are the Ingredients:
Oats – 1/3 cup
Apple – 1 piece
Egg – 1 piece
Milk – 1/3 cup
Salt – 1 pinch
Honey – 1 tablespoon

2. Cucumber Juice:
We all know the helpfulness of cucumber. It helps us in many ways; eliminate dehydration, refresh our body, help to lose weight, keep our skin healthy, and so on.
The ingredients of this helpful recipe are as follows:-
Cucumber – 1 piece
Mint leaves – 5/6
Ginger – 3/4 small pieces
Water – 500 ml
Honey – as your taste
Salt – 1 pinch
Ice piece – 5/6 cube
I made two glasses of Cucumber Juice using these ingredients. If you want to make more glasses then just increase the ingredients as per.
