Ingredients:
*1/2 Cup Oats (Preferably Old Fashioned Rolled Oats)
*1/2 Cup 1% Milk
*1 Tsp Chia Seeds
*1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
*1 Small Apple
1. Mix oats, milk, and chia seeds in a container.
2. Allow mixture to sit overnight in fridge.
3. When ready to eat, mix in cinnamon and 3/4 of apple. Top with remainder of apples (and added cinnamon if desired).
