Ingredients:
For Tostadas:
• 150 gms Maize AttaÂ
• 150 gms MaidaÂ
• 1 tsp Golden Harvest Salt
• 1 tsp Mother Earth AjwainÂ
• 1 tsp Mixed HerbsÂ
• 1 tbsp Warm Fresh & Pure OilÂ
• Water To BindÂ
For Filling:
• 1 Red Bell Pepper
• 1/2 Yellow Bell PepperÂ
• 1/2 Zucchini
• 1 cup American CornÂ
• 1 tsp Mother Earth Cumin SeedsÂ
• 1 tbsp Karmiq Olive OilÂ
• 1 tsp GarlicÂ
• Golden Harvest Salt To Taste
• Golden Harvest Black Pepper To TasteÂ
• 1 cup Refried Beans
• 2 tbsp Grated Cheese
Method:Â
1. Take a pan, add oil, garlic and cumin. Let it sauté.
2. Add bell peppers, zucchini and corn. Saute on high flame for a few minutes.
3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
4. Take a tostada, spread a thin layer of beans, top with corn mixture and top with pineapple salsa and some cheese.
