Hey everyone, welcome back to another Full Day of Eating and today I’m doing a Full Day of Eating 1600 calories. And as always, you’ll see that a bit of a creativity can go a long way on a low calorie diet and how easy it is to cook up some high protein meals, all whilst losing fat.
And the great thing about these low calorie high protein meals is that they can fit into any diet to lose fat or gain muscle. So if you see a meal you like that’s low in calories, high in protein, high volume or whatever, make sure to give it a go 😁
