Paneer tikka
My version of I try to make little different and marinated with different ingredients, used coriander leaves and mint leaves in marination mixture both are very healthy herbs to
When a dish is flavourful, it not only satisfies the cravings but the soul as well, and this is where herbs play an important role. Herbs not only enhance the flavour of a dish but make it pleasing for the eyes as well. And the flavours you get when fresh herbs are used in a dish,

The vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants in coriander provide significant health benefits. Coriander leaves and seeds are full of vitamin K, which plays an important role in helping your blood clot.
Coriander is a great source of vitamin A, which helps feed your retinas, keep your eyes moist, and generally helps protect your vision.
In this way mint leaves also very healthy herbs
Mint may also be effective at relieving other digestive problems such as upset stomach and indigestion.
So base of this 2 herbs made marination mixture and more healthy ingredients I added,
And its also shallow fried .
