INGREDIENTS :
10oz shredded chicken breast
112g fat free cream cheese
61g salsa of choice (I’m using green salsa)
12 street tacos corn tortillas (you can use any tortilla you’d like but street taco have great macros)
4 servings of lite Mexican cheese (or any cheese of your choice)

Guacamole :
2 whole avocados (1/2 per serving)
1 tomato
Half an onion
2 Serrano peppers

Today we once again dive into a casserole but today we hit home with some heritage as we dive into my roots and make some taquitos. Taquitos are known for being high fat, high carb and just very high calorie with not much to show for it. So today we are going to reverse that and make this healthy, low calorie and high protein without sacrificing much of the flavor. So hope you guys are ready for this one as this one will be one for the books!!
