Chicken bread has become a very popular snack in past few years. I have tried to make this snack much healthier by adding vegetables to it. Little twist in making the filling, makes this chicken bread different from the other recipes.

Ingredients:

A. For Making The Dough:

1. White Flour 2 cups
2. Yeast 1-1/2 Tsp
3. Sugar 1-1/2 Tsp
4. Salt 1 Tsp
5. Milk at room Temp. 1/4 cup
6. Oil 6 Tbsp
7. Warm Water 1/2 cup

B. For Filling:

1. Minced Chicken 500gm
2. Oil 1/4 cup
3. Chopped Garlic 2 Tbsp
4. Salt 2 Tbsp
5. Chilli Garlic Sauce 1/4 cup
6. Jalapeno 1/4 cup
7.Chopped Carrots 1/4 cup
8. Chopped Bell Pepper 1/4 cup
9. Chopped Green Onions 1/4 cup
10. Crushed Black Pepper 1/2 Tbsp
11. Soya Sauce 2 Tbsp
12. Pizza or Mozzarella Cheese 200gm
13. Kalonji or Black Cumin 1/2 Tsp
14. Cooking Cream 3 Tbsp
15. Mustard Paste 1 Tsp
16. Sesame Seeds to Sprinkle 1/4 Tsp
17. Black Cuming to Sprinkle 1/4 Tsp
18. Egg for egg wash 1
19. Milk for Egg wash 1 Tbsp
