ingredients

Eggs 4
garlic (optional)
oil as enough
salt as per taste
turmeric 1/2 t spn
red chilli powder 1.1/2 t spn

method

heat oil in a kadhai add garlic (optional) give it a mix add eggs let it be for 2 mins. cook on medium flame. after 2 mins add salt turmeric powder and red chilli Powder.mix and cook on low flame add cooked rice mix very well. turn off the flame.

serve hot enjoy the recipe
