Palak Paneer Recipe – is one of the most loved Indian dish that is served with Rice, Paratha, naan or Roti. It is very healthy and easy to prepare. It is made with Indian cottage cheese and Spinach (Palak) which is simmered in Onion Tomato gravy.
I have not blanched the Spinach to prevent loss of nutrients. I have used chopped Spinach however you can blend it to make puree.
