Greek Yogurt Chicken Salad (I use dried cranberries instead of apples):

Grass Fed Beef Burger recipe is from Max Lugavere’s new book ‘Genius Kitchen’ – I highly recommend! All you do is form your patties and add coarse salt to each side, then grill them! So easy and so yummy. The buns I like to use are from Unbelievabuns (17g of protein!!) I find them at Whole Foods –
