healthy & delicious brownie, spring – what a time to be alive! 🙂
ingredients:
– 1/2 cup oat flour (i just blended rolled oats to make)
– 1/2 cup cocoa powder
– 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
– 1/2 cup erythritol (or other granulated sweetener)
– 3/4 cup nonfat yogurt
– 1/4 cup milk of choice
– 1 egg
– vanilla extract
– pinch of salt
of course you can mix it all in a blender to make it even easier. But i’m too lazy to wash my blender today. So yah, enjoy your brownie!
