Well, then it’s time for a twist.
Here’s your favourite crunchy salad made of all-season veggies with crispy croutons and @Veeba_in thousand island dressing dribbled over it.

Ingredients:
Tomato- 2
Onion Shallot/ Dices/Small Onion – 1
Cucumber- ½
Radish – 1
Lettuce – 1
Garden cress – 1 box
White pepper powder – 1 pinch
White bread- 1 slice
Veeba’s Thousand Island Sauce
Method:
Cut tomato into 8 wedges. Arrange it on a plate and sprinkle it with salt.
Peel and chop the shallots and sprinkle over the tomatoes.
Cut the cucumber into ¼ inch thick slices.
Trim and slice radishes.
Cut lettuce into strips.
Arrange vegetables on a plate.
Cut cress from its bed.
Dice white bread and saute in one tablespoon oil until all sides are crispy.
Sprinkle cress and croutons over the salad.
Add in the VEEBA thousand island sauce and mix well.
Serve Cold.
