We will need:
Chicken egg – 3 pieces
Milk – 0.5 cups
Salt – 1 teaspoon
Oatmeal – 150 grams
Butter – 10 grams
Cooking:
Beat 3 eggs and 0.5 cups of milk with a mixer, then add 1 teaspoon of salt, pour 150 grams of oatmeal and mix well. Leave the mixture for 30 minutes so that the flakes absorb the liquid and soften. Lightly grease a heated frying pan with butter and fry the bread on it on both sides.
