Here is the lunch I ate today as a Low Fat Vegan (High Carb).
My lowfat vegan meal included a huge serving of steamed cauliflower, 1 baked potato, an organic apple, leftover BBQ tofu (a small amount of healthy fat) and my favorite Yellow Bird Blue Agave Sriracha sauce.😍
To eat a high carb vegan diet, all one needs to do is fill half their plate with healthy starch and the other half with non-starchy veggies. This method is excellent for weight loss as a vegan.
