To clear such doubts, today I am sharing three healthy and delicious vegetarian sandwich recipes which can be totally consumed as breakfast/lunch/dinner in weightloss as they are LOW IN CALORIES AND PROTEIN RICH.
Always make sure to use whole wheat bread instead of white or brown bread

This is a perfect sandwich to consume lots of veggies as this sandwich involves adding those in overnight hung curd.
Tips:
1. You can replace the same with Greek yogurt.
2. You can add mint chutney as per taste to it.
