Breakfast is definitely one of my favourite meals and I think, includes the best ‘types’ of foods, so that’s why I decided to eat breakfast food for the whole day! I apologise for not filming certain points but I was trying to still do Uni work/experiments at the same time which can be a lil’ bit tricky and puts my mind somewhere else! I also have another ‘Tal ramble’ about dealing with guilt and negative emotions/thoughts!
