Garden Salad (best-loved leafy greens such as lettuce, Romaine lettuce, Arugula, kale or bay spinach; )
halved – 1/2 ripe avocados
100 gram Black olives in Oil

100 gram or 1 handfuls cherry or grape tomatoes
1 Spring Onion
Juice of halved – 1/2 lemon (fresh natural)
40 ml. Apple Cider Vinegar (organic)

1. Place sliced tomatoes, Spring Onion, avocados, black olives and in a average salad bowl.
