Lobia Chilla
Number of chilla 6 (small size) or 3 (big size)
250 KCal for Serving Size 2 Small Chilla with Small bowl yoghurt or dahi and green chutney
1cup (150gm) – lobia 585 calories
ingredient:
lobia ( chawli or cowpeas) – 1 cup / 150 gm
Green chilli – half ( according to ur taste)
ginger – half inch
salt – 1/2 spoon
coriander powder or dhania powder- 1/2 spoon
coarsely grinded masala ( fennel ,coriander, black pepper, whole red chilli) – 1/2 spoon
oil -1/2 spoon
for green chutney
fresh coriander – 1 cup
mint – 8 to 10 stem ( 20 to 25 leaf)
salt – 1/2 spoon
cumin or jeera – 1/2 spoon
Green chilli- half or according to ur taste
Yoghurt or dahi – 1 big spoon
u can use water for grinding ( chutney ) add 1/2 spoon lemon juice
