✿ silky hair black smoothie
• 1 banana or cherries
• 1-2 tbs black sesame powder
• 2 tbs black rice
• 4g superfood powder of choice
• 2-3 tbs gluten free oats
• 1-2 jujube dates
blend!

✿ baked apple oats
• apples
• cranberries
• cinnamon
• non dairy milk
• gluten free oats
• collagen powder
• salt
• honey or maple syrup
bake at 350F for 35-40 minutes!
