1. Broccoli – 750 gram
2. Green Chili Paste – 1 tbsp
3. Ginger – 1 tbsp
4. Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
5. Red Chili Powder – 1 tsp
6. Roasted Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
7. Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
8. Salt as per your health
9. Black Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
10. Black Salt – 1/2 tsp
11. Cilantro – 4-5 tbsp
12. Roasted Gram Flour – 1 cup
13. lime Juice – 1 tbsp
14. Oil for shallow fry tikki

– Firstly branch the broccoli for 4-5 minutes.
– Then remove the excess water and dry to broccoli.
– Now add green chili, ginger, salt, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, black salt, black pepper powder, and salt in broccoli.
– Now transfer all ingredients to the blending jar.
– And blending coarsely.
– Now transfer this broccoli mixture to a bowl.
– Also add cilantro, roasted gram flour, and lime juice in it.
– Mix well all the ingredients.
– Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion into a 50mm diameter flat round tikki.
– Heat a non-stick pan, add 1-2 tbsp oil, and shallow fry all the broccoli tikki still golden brown color from both sides.
