1.SHAHI PANEER Recipe

250 gm Paneer

Step – 1 ( To Make Shahi Gravy )

2 bay leaf
1 cinnamon stick
3 green cardamom
3 cloves
3 tbsp poppy seeds
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1 glass water
1 tsp salt

Step –2

2 tbsp ghee/oil
1 tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp pepper powder
1/4 tsp tumeric powder
2 tbsp fresh cream
1 cup milk
1 tbsp kasuri methi
50 piece raisain ( options)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garam masala powder

100 gm cauliflower
100gm carrot
100 gm peas
50 gm beans
100 gm potatoes
2 green chilli
2 chopped onion
1 tsp cumin
2 green cardamon
1 black cardamom
2 cloves
2 bay leaf
8-10 pepeer corn
1 inch cinnamon stick
little bit mace
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp ghee
salt to taste
2 cup water
10-12 cashew

4. Ingredients of Chutney Recipe
1 tbsp oil
3-4 red chilli
2 chopped onions
2 pinch hing ( asafoetida )
1 tomato
1 tbsp peanuts
salt to taste
1/2 cup water
1 tsp lemon juice

For Tadka

1 tsp oil
1/2 tsp black mustard seed
1 red chilli
8-10 curry leaf
