Hey! Today we will cook tuna and vegetables sandwiches.
Ingredients (for 2 sandwiches):
4 slices of sandwich bread.
100 g of tuna.
6 tbsp of mayo.
2 small pickles (25-30 g).
1 tomato.
1 small onion.
1 cucumber.
Grate pickled cucumbers on a fine grater.
Now grate ½ medium onion, mix grated pickles, onion and 3 tbsp of mayo and add some dried garlic.
Now let’s cook the tuna – add 2-3 tbsp of mayo, a little salt, and black pepper to tuna.
Cut cucumber and tomato into thin slices.
Spread our sauce over bread, lay out an even layer of tuna.
Put cucumber first, and then tomato.
Close sandwich and fry it in grill or pan.
