Friday feels like a nacho kinda night. Plant based and packed with flavor! Choose whatever veggies that you like to top it with!
Here’s my recipe:
1. 1-2 cups organic corn tortilla chips
2. 1. Cup shredded lettuce
3. 1/2 cup Roma tomatoes
4. 1/8 cup baby Bella mushrooms
5. 1/8 cup green bell peppers
6. 2 tbsp black olives
7. 1/2 cup plant based shredded cheese
8. 1/4 cup plant based milk
9. 1 tbsp banana peppers
Seasonings
1. Salt
2. Pepper
3. Paprika
4. Garlic
Chop up your veggies to desired size
In a small saucepan, add plant based cheese and milk
Put on medium low heat and stir occasionally until cheese is melted
On a plate, add food in whichever order you’d like
Top with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic
