This is my go to breakfast recipe and it tastes so delicious and is equally healthy.

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup sooji
1 onion chopped
1/2 tomato deseeded and chopped
1/2 capsicum chopped
2 tsp chopped coriander leaves
2 tsp malai or cream
salt to taste
red chilli pd to taste
1/4 tsp jeera pd.

– Mix everything together and make a thick paste along with some water or milk.
– Spread this on a bread and cook on both sides with ghee on a tawa until golden brown and crispy.
– Serve hot with your favorite chutney or serve it my way with some curd, green chutney and sev.
