Beat the heat & Stay hydrated in a healthy way!
Method:-
👉 Take 2tsp of sattu powder
👉 Add 1/4tsp salt
👉 1/2tsp cumin( jeera) powder
👉 2tsp Curd
👉 Grate little ginger
👉 4/5 Hand crushed mint leaves
👉 2cups of Water
👉 Some ice cubes
👉 Churn with jherni or use blender
