Enjoy a healthy and nutritious breakfast with these delicious Baked Oats made with rolled oats, banana, eggs and milk. They’re super easy to make and are prepared in the blender in just a few minutes!

Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
¾ cup milk full fat, low-fat, almond, or milk of choice
1 banana
1 egg
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla

Combine all the ingredients in the blender and blend for 1 minute.

Pour batter into 2-3 small ramekins. Top with chocolate chips and blueberries.
Bake 20 minutes.
