Ingredients
Hung curd/ गाढ़ा दही
Capsicum/ शिमला मिर्च
Onion/ प्याज
Tomato/ टमाटर
Desi ghee/ देशी घी
Chilli flakes/ चिली फ्लेक्स
Black pepper powder/ काली मिर्च पाउडर
Roasted cumin powder/ भुना हुआ जीरा पाउडर
Salt / नमक
Bread / ब्रेड
Use Desi ghee, Mustard seeds and curry leaves for tempering/ तड़के के लिए देसी घी, राई और करी पत्ते का इस्तेमाल करें
Method
▪️In a muslin cloth add curd and remove all excesss water hang it for sometime to ensure full draining.
▪️Add in onion, capsicum, tomatoes or any of your favourite Veggies along with chilli flakes, black pepper powder,salt and roasted cumin powder mix well with hung curd.
▪️Take a bread slice spread green chutney on it followed by spreading hung curd mix cover it with another Bread slice
▪️heat a pan on medium flame with 1 tbsp ghee, mustard seeds when it pops lower the flame and add curry leaves,
▪️Now place the prepared sandwich and cook on low flame till golden and crispy from both the sides.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup
