Ingredients

2 and 1/2 cup boiled or canned chickpeas (I have taken canned chickpeas)
Coriander Leaves
1 onion
5 garlic cloves
1 lemon juice
2 tablespoon tahini
1 tablespoon red chilli powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 tablespoon cumin powder
1 tablespoon rice flour
2 tablespoon besan (chickpeas flour)
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
salt to taste

Pita Bread,hummus,spinach, cucumber, onion, capsicum),mayonnaise, sweet chill sauce

Preparation Method

Take 2 and 1/2 cup boiled or canned chickpeas (I have taken canned chickpeas),1 cup Coriander Leaves,1 roughly chopped onion,5 garlic cloves,1 lemon juice,2 tablespoon tahini and coarsely blend it in blender. Then take out in a jar and add 1 tablespoon red chilli powder,1 teaspoon coriander powder,1 tablespoon cumin powder,1 tablespoon rice flour,2 tablespoon besan (chickpeas flour),1/4 teaspoon baking soda ,salt to taste and knead well. Then take a small portion and make falafel ball. First preheat cosori air fryer for 5 minutes at 220 degree c and then apply olive oil at the basket and place falafel ball one by one. Set Cosori Air Fryer for 15 to 18 minutes at 180 degree c. After 8 minutes, stop and apply olive oil and cook it for few minutes. Then check and flip in between. Once ready take this out.

For Pita Pocket Sandwich, first take pita bready and toast it and then apply hummus and add salads of your choice, then put 2-3 falafel and then top with mayonnaise and sweet chilli sauce and serve it,
